What we provide
We allow clients to ‘digitalise’ their building. Providing survey data for Floor Plans, Elevations, Heights and Sections to a high degree of accuracy. All deliverables are based on 3D Laser Scans and are Georeferenced to provide real world co-ordinates and height information.

Our 2D drawings are highly accurate and use a laser scan for its root data. We will typically achieve a room accuracy of 1-3mm. Depending on the clients requirements we can provide a high or low level of detail (LOD). We provide:
Architectural survey drawings
Land Registry compliant lease plans
Floor plans, Elevations, Sections
Area calculations
Site plans
Our measurements are incredibly accurate and all fall in line with the relevant RICS Professional Guidance, Measured surveys of land, buildings and utilities.
